The U.S General Services Administration requires elevator operation and maintenance services, to include preventive maintenance, emergency and non-emergency service calls, testing, and repairs, at federal buildings throughout Region 1 for elevators, escalators wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. These services (collectively the"Elevator Program") are split into three seperate solicitationsas follows; The North Group consists of all elevators in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. The Boston Group consists of four buildings located in Boston, MA. The South Group consists of Massachusetts (excluding Boston), Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This solicitation 47PB0020Q0002 is for the South Group. The North Group Solicitation can be found at beta.sam.gov Soliciation #47PB0020Q0010. The government anticipates that the Solicitationfor theBoston Group (47PB0020Q0012) will be posted not later than8/5/2020
