The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price consignment agreement to Bard Peripheral Vascular, Inc., 1625 West 3rd Street, Tempe, AZ 85281, Phone: (480) 894-9515. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The procurement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, specifically FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements, where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2.
