R420--John D. Dingell VA Medical Center DEMCA FY26 Membership Dues

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 10, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Detroit East Medical Contract Authority (DEMCA), Inc. to provide membership dues for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. This procurement is classified under NAICS 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, and PSC R420, SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS (OTHER THAN EDUC OR INFO TECH C&A). The government intends to negotiate this requirement on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, as only one responsible source is deemed capable of satisfying the agency’s specialized requirements.
