PACIFIC ISO CONTAINER SUPPORT REQUIREMENT

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Energy, has issued solicitation SPE602-26-R-0701 for the Pacific ISO Container Services requirement. This procurement supports Department of Defense operations in Hawaii through the transportation, repair, and maintenance of leased Intermodal (ISO) Bulk Fuel Containers. The scope of work is categorized into five distinct line items covering intermodal container transport to and from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), port locations, and intra-island sites; integrity testing; cleaning; maintenance and repair; and container inspections.

The total period of performance is scheduled to run from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) small business concerns. The primary classification for this effort is NAICS 484230, Specialized Freight (except Used Goods) Trucking, Long-Distance, and PSC V112, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation: Motor Freight.

Performance will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responses to this solicitation are due by November 21, 2025.
