A--Intent to sole source - Biostatistics and Epidemiology Data

The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO East, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Boston University under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. This requirement supports the VA Puget Sound Care System for a research project titled "Validation of patient reported outcomes for female Veterans with upper limb amputation." The academic affiliate will provide specialized biostatistical and epidemiology data services necessary for the validation of these patient outcomes.
