To be eligible for TDP access, an offeror must have a current DD Form 2345 - Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service. To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with copies of all necessary supporting documentation.
