Audiovisual Support Services

The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) requires audiovisual support services to facilitate its instructional mission at the Audiovisual Facility (AVF) and the eLearning and Innovation Lab. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of technical and creative functions, including graphics production, still photography, video production, classroom audiovisual technical support, and electronic publishing. Additionally, the contractor will provide immersive training support, printing, and document reproduction services. These services are delivered by a professional staff utilizing specialized facilities such as a television studio, editing suites, and a videoconferencing studio equipped with digital and analog hardware.

The Department of State is conducting this procurement under solicitation number SFSIAQ17R0005, classified under NAICS 512110 for Motion Picture and Video Production and PSC code R. This acquisition is designated as an SBA Total Small Business set-aside. Amendment A002 updated the solicitation to include an ePublication Technical Manager position, adjust effective dates within the CLIN structure, and clarify the set-aside status.
