RECOVERY ACTION--C--Two-Phase Design-Build Gravel Road

The Department of Energy has issued a pre-solicitation notice under solicitation number DE-SOL-0001746 for a two-phase design-build project to construct a gravel road in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
