Force Provider Expeditionary (FPE) Triple Container (TRICON) Systems (ETS) Solicitation

The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division (ACC-APG Natick) on behalf of theProduct Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PM FSS), located at the Natick Soldier Systems Center is issuing a solicitation under the authority of FAR Part 15, for the Force Provider Expeditionary (FPE) Triple Container (TRICON) Systems (ETS). The Government is anticipating awarding a single award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)Five (5)Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of this solicitation.This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 332439, and the size standard is 500 employees. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov prior to submission of proposals. It is the offeror's responsibility to check theBeta.Sam website as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and any/all amendments. Proposals shall be submitted electronically no later than 3:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) 30 days after the solicitation is postedto the DOD SAFE. Offerors submitting proposals must follow the uploading instructions below in order to receive a link to drop off the proposal no later than (NLT) five (5) business days prior to the due date. No paper copies, CD-ROMs or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Electronic Bid Submission is required through the Armys Electronic File Sharing Service, DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil). There are no user accounts for SAFE. Authentication is handled via email. Anyone has access to DOD SAFE, and the application is available for use by anyone.
