A site-visit will be conducted on 7 May, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend this site visit for familiarity of the requirement. You must email the POCs listed in this solicitaiton to obtain appropriate vetting forms and instructions. Please include the name of your company and attendees in the email. This information must be provided in advance, 3 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government's denial of your access to the site visit. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site. Visitors must be escorted onto base through the Installation's Contractor Entry Gate prior to arrival. Visitors will meet in the parking lot right outside the Contractor Entry Gate (see site visit map in solicitation attachments) and once all Contractors have arrived and signed-in, a Government employee will escort everyone through the Contractor Entry Gate. You will be required to present a valid form of identification (detailed above) upon arrival. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. Information provided at this conference or site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via posting at www.SAM.gov. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
All communications, to include technical or contractual questions, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 8 May 2026 to Casey Pridham at [email protected] and Matthew Lapointe at [email protected]. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
