The contractor shall provide rapid-response maintenance, repair, training, calibration and installation services (excluding Construction as defined in FAR Subpart 2.101 and FAR Part 36) on a delivery order basis for items or product lines applicable to above. Additionally, annual maintenance service agreements may also be issued through individual delivery orders for recurring service needs.
Products and services procured under this contract are considered time critical; therefore, timely delivery is paramount. Exact delivery requirements will be specified in each individual order. For service requirements, the contractor shall respond at the Government site within one week of delivery order issuance, unless otherwise specified in an individual delivery order.
The contractor shall be responsible for delivery of all items.
