View moreThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to issue an unpriced Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Specimen Fabrication and Testing Services that meets the specifications outlined below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Capability Packages are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016725Q1111. The NAICS code is 332710 and the associated PSC code is R425, and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees for this procurement.
The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20250718. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS.
The Government intends to evaluate all timely submitted packages received from eligible contractors on an acceptability of technical capability.
