Offerors are notified that the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is issuing a competitive request for proposal for Program Security Support Services (PSSS) to support its critical mission of developing, deploying and sustaining the next generation of F-35 aircraft on a global scale. This requirement will provide program security support disciplines consisting of Program Management, General Security Support, Information Security Support, Industrial Security Support, Physical Security Support, Personnel Security Support, Counter-Intelligence Support, Special Security Studies, Foreign Disclosure Support, Program Protection Cybersecurity /Security Control Assessment Services and Program Protection Engineering Services. These services are critical to the successful fielding of the F-35 mission capabilities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990 ? All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Product Services Code (PSC) for this requirement is R499. The Government intends to award a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SA IDIQ) level-of-effort contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Only Contract Line Item Numbers. Questions and comments are due within 10 days of this solicitation being issued and shall be submitted in the format outlined in Section L. Any Questions or Comments that are submitted may be publicly released. The proposal due date is stated in Block 9 of the Solicitation N00019-21-R-0011. Amendment 1 is to update the response time within PIEE and SAM.GOV. The attached solicitation remains unchanged. This Amendment is to update Section M Part B Element 1: Understanding of the Requirement, Section M Part B 4.6 Evaluation of Options and Section L Part A Section 1.6 Questions due date. The enclosed Amendment 2, annotated as Amendment 3 in PIEE, extends the due date to November 18, 2021 at 1400 EST. Questions are due no later than Noon on Friday November 5, 2021.
