Extended Closing Date - Oily Water and Used Oil Pumping and Disposal in Newport, OR IDIQ

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center Pacific requires regular oily bilge water and used oil pump out and disposal of visiting NOAA vessels during the 2020 sailing season. The exact quantities and amounts are unknown, warranting a single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quality contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN7100-20-00339 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. (iv) This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910, Environmental Systems Protection Environmental Remediation; the small business size standard is $22M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Bilge Water/Used Oil Pump Out and Disposal (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA Marine Operations Center Pacific requires occasional pump out and disposal of oily bilge water and used oil in accordance with the attached statement of work. Offerors must provide the following information on company letterhead to be considered. Costs per gallon for oily bilge water pump out and disposal with service delivered. Costs per gallon for used oil pump out and disposal with service delivered.
