This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 effective 10 August 2022, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The Regional Procurement Office East Network Contracting Office (NCO 4) is seeking to establish water testing services for the Butler VAMC. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided in Attachment 1. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. The Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 2.
