Accordingly, it is not necessary that hotels have 50 double/15 single rooms for occupancy at any one time. Rather, it is the Government’s intent to fill this need across all lodging facilities participating in the BPA. Order placement will subsequently be based on the greatest number of rooms available at each facility and specified rates at the time of order placement. Also note that rates should be consistent with pricing with the per diem rates established in the Joint Travel Federal Regulation. Finally, all vendors must be US Fire Administration/FEMA compliant.

If Government responses to technical questions impact the performance work statement or any other portion of the solicitation an amendment will be issued.
