IGF::OT::IGF ARMY PUBLICATION CENTER; OVERLAND, MO, THE PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED TO CONDUCT ROOF REPAIRS AND ROOF REPLACEMENTS TO MULTIPLE BUILDINGS AS NECESSARY TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL SEVEN TO EIGHT YEARS OF USEFUL LIFE UNTIL A PLANNED CAPITAL PROJECT IS UNDERTAKEN IN THE YEAR 2022. THE BALLASTED EPDM ROOFING SYSTEM AT BLDG. 201, THE MAIN ONE STORY WAREHOUSE FACILITY, WAS INSTALLED IN 2004 AND GENERALLY IS IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION EXCEPT IN CERTAIN AREAS; PARTICULARLY FLASHING AREAS AROUND EQUIPMENT CURBS AND PITCH POCKETS AND WILL BE REPAIRED. THE ROOF OF THE OFFICE PORTION IS ALSO A BALLASTED EPDM ROOF AND WAS INSTALLED BY THE FIELD OFFICE JUST PRIOR TO 2004; PROBABLY IN 2003, AND WILL BE REPAIRED. THE LOWER ROOF AREA OF BLDG. 208 WILL ALSO BE REPAIRED. BLDG. 204, THE CAMPUS GUARD SHACK, IS A FOUR PLY BUILT-UP ROOF INSTALLED IN 1975 AND WILL BE TORN OFF AND REPLACED WITH A FULLY ADHERED EPDM ROOF SYSTEM; AS AN OPTION.
