IN PHASE II, PEREGRINE DEMONSTRATED THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE 1 METER SIZE FUNCTIONING RADIATORS THAT ARE NEAR ISOTHERMAL IN THEIR PERFORMANCE. THROUGH THE COURSE OF PHASE II, PEREGRINE FOCUSED ON PRODUCIBILITY AND THE TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENT OF ESTABLISHING A NEAR ISOTHERMAL RADIATOR; WHILE WEIGHT AND PERFORMANCE WERE GOALS, NEITHER WERE OPTIMIZED.
