Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS)

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport has issued solicitation N6660424R0728 for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) for all currently deployed United States Navy submarines. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III acquisition to SEACORP, located in Middletown, Rhode Island, in accordance with the Small Business Act. SEACORP maintains full rights and title to the data developed under previous SBIR efforts, and this action serves as a follow-on to contract N66604-20-D-L000.

The anticipated contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type agreement covering an estimated 233,170 man-hours over a five-year period of performance.
