Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS)

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport is soliciting a requirement for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) for all currently deployed United States Navy submarines. This acquisition is being conducted as a sole source Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III award to SEACORP in Middletown, Rhode Island, in accordance with the Small Business Act. The project is a follow-on to contract N66604-20-D-L000 and utilizes data to which SEACORP maintains full rights and title from previous SBIR efforts.
