Announcement for Proposal for land parcels at the NASA GRC Neil Armstrong Test Facility (ATF)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has issued this Announcement for Proposal (AFP), solicitation number AFP-GRC-ATFLP-2026, to solicit proposals for the lease of approximately 1,736 acres of underutilized, non-excess land at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio. The available area consists of five parcels of largely undeveloped, access-controlled land situated in the north central, south, and east regions of the government-owned property. This opportunity is classified under PSC X1PC for Lease/Rental of Unimproved Real Property (Land) and has no set-aside designation.

The scope of this requirement includes the land parcels, any existing facilities within those parcels, and the supporting infrastructure necessary for a selected tenant to perform onsite operations.
