Announcement for Proposal for land parcels at the NASA GRC Neil Armstrong Test Facility (ATF)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) issued this sources sought notice, solicitation number AFP-GRC-ATFLP-2026, to request proposals for the lease of land parcels at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio. The offering involves approximately 1,736 acres of underutilized, non-excess, and largely undeveloped land categorized under PSC X1PC for the lease or rental of unimproved real property. The available area consists of five distinct parcels located in the north central, south, and east regions of the facility. Two of these parcels are situated within the controlled access portion of the government-operated site.
