USACE Historical Support Services

The Department of the Army, specifically the W4LD USA HECSA office, is seeking to establish a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders to provide historical support services for the Office of History, Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This solicitation, identified as W912HQ21R0007, is set aside for SBA (SBA) and is classified under NAICS 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services and PSC B521 SPECIAL STUDIES/ANALYSIS- HISTORICAL. The selected contractors will assist the agency in its mission to collect, preserve, interpret, and disseminate the history of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The scope of work involves conducting research, writing and reviewing various historical products, and managing an extensive oral history program. Service providers will also be responsible for the arrangement, cataloging, and preservation of historical documents, photographs, and artifacts. These activities support the headquarters office in Alexandria, Virginia, as well as all other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers organizations, the Center of Military History in Washington, D.C., and the museum and history staffs at the U.S. Army Engineer School at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 PM on July 9, 2021.
