In addition, the contractor shall deliver: Approximately 2,100 folding plastic chairs, two (2) tents (50ftx80ft & 30ftx30ft), one (1) 10ftx10ft tent, forty (40) 8-foot tables, ten (10) 6-foot tables, twelve (12) 60-inch round tables with umbrellas, 40 feet deep by 56 feet 2-tier Stage, four (4) rectangular tables. In addition, to providing lighting, power & media items with two (2) elevated camera platforms. To include all other commencement support (i.e. audio/video, display and staging items) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
