View moreIn accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quote (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0541, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210- Facilities Support Services. The applicable small business size standard is $47M.
The resulting contract is a combination Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Service type contract for 1-year from the time of award.
The resulting award will include two (2) Contract Line Items (CLINs) as listed below:
CLIN 0001 – Routine Operations & Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quantity: 12, Unit of Issue: Months, FFP
CLIN 0002 – Additional Work Order - Operations & Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The CLIN will be awarded with a not to exceed limit therefore not separately priced. Fully burdened labor rates shall be used for pricing Task Orders for additional work issued against CLIN 0002 during the ordering period. The Government does not guarantee a specific volume of additional work/hours.
