The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Parlier has a requirement for farm worker laborers under FAR PART 13.5. Perspective offerors must be certified, registered and on the list with DOL for the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) Registered Farm Labor Contractor. https://www.dol.gov/whd/regs/statutes/mspa_debar.htm An award may be made without discussions to the offeror who has an acceptable past performance, Certified with DOL as a farm labor contractor,. Registered in SAM.gov and has the lowest price proposal. Period of performance will be from 03-09-2020 through 03-08-2025 base year plus four (4) option years. Site visitation is scheduled for 02/13/2020 at 9:00 am while not mandatory it is highly suggested. Contact for the site visitation is Carl Hawk ([email protected]). Work required per Scope of Work attached. The Government shall provide tools and implements for the laborers. Work shall be performed for 12 months, ordered quarterly, from the date of contract award, on the base contract, and every 12 months, thereafter for each of the four option years, if exercised.
