Pre-Solicitation Notice: TSA Gold+ Draft PWS, Evaluation Factors, and Industry Day

The Transportation Security Administration is initiating the TSA Gold+ procurement, a program designed to modernize aviation security at select United States airports through public-private partnerships. The voluntary, opt-in model requires contractors to deliver a full scope of screening services and technology while ensuring procurement costs do not exceed the government’s projected staffing expenses.

This special notice, identified under NAICS code 488190 for Other Support Activities for Air Transportation and PSC S206 for Housekeeping- Guard services, has no designated set-aside. The agency is currently soliciting industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement and draft Evaluation Factors to refine the program’s goal of improving passenger experience and operational excellence.
