This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 532490, with a Business Size Standard of $35,000,000.00. This NAICS is for Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The Product Service Code Class is W039. Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the evaluation criteria outlined below in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items (Oct 2014)). The Government reserves the right to not answer any questions received after 15 December 2020 at 12:00 PM PST. The contract price includes all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes and duties. Offerors shall pay special attention to the evaluation criteria outlined in FAR provision 52.212-2 of this solicitation; In order to be considered for award the Offeror must meet all price and non-price required submittals. In addition to required submittals all Offerors must include a cover letter confirming their acceptable of the terms, conditions, and PWS requirements of the contract as well as a completed Exhibit C, FAR Provision 52.204-24. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (FAC) 2020-04.
