R425 National VHA Biomedical Engineering Technical Professional Support Services (BETPSS) IDIQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued solicitation 36C10X26R0010 to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for National VHA Biomedical Engineering Technical Professional Support Services (BETPSS). Work under this contract includes routine operational duties such as patient safety recall investigations and unexpected or time-limited tasks, including COVID-19 pandemic support and operational readiness for the Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) Cerner deployment. These services are intended to provide interim onsite or remote support while permanent full-time roles are recruited and filled. Performance will be overseen by local VISN or facility VA Contracting Officer Representatives (L-COR), and successful offerors may be required to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to comply with VHA privacy standards.

Performance is centered in Washington, DC, and responses to the solicitation are due by April 15, 2026.
