Fitness Equipment Maintenance

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 87 CONS PK, has issued solicitation FA448426Q0003FitnessEquipmentMaintenance for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of fitness equipment at the JBMDL Fitness Centers. The selected contractor will provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, and supervision required to perform both preventive and remedial maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and the adjustment or replacement of worn and defective parts. All services must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and any necessary replacement parts must be ordered within 24 hours of an initial service call. The equipment inventory is subject to annual updates, and recent amendments to the solicitation have adjusted the quantities for specific contract line-item numbers to reflect current machine counts at the facilities.

This requirement is set aside for the SBA (SBA) and is classified under NAICS code 713940 for Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers and PSC J078 for MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- RECREATIONAL AND ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT. Responses are due by March 9, 2026. The solicitation includes six attachments, which consist of the primary solicitation document, a pricing list for the Blanket Purchase Agreement, an SF 30 amendment form, and a questions and answers document. Pricing must be submitted using the provided BPA Pricing List. All other terms and conditions from the original posting remain in effect following the adjustment of equipment quantities in the March 2026 amendment.
