Post Mortem Human Subjects (PMHS) Services

The Defense Health Agency, through the Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, has issued a combined synopsis and solicitation under solicitation number HT942525R0048 for Post Mortem Human Subjects (PMHS) services. The primary objective of this requirement is to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to acquire, screen, ship, and manage PMHS specimens. These services support musculoskeletal injury biomechanics research, with tasks including the potential storage, receipt, and disposal of specimens at the discretion of the government.
