Post Mortem Human Subjects (PMHS) Services

The Defense Health Agency, through the Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, has issued a combined synopsis and solicitation under number HT942525R0048 for Post Mortem Human Subjects (PMHS) services. The primary objective of this requirement is to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to acquire, screen, ship, store, and dispose of PMHS specimens. These services support musculoskeletal injury biomechanics research at Fort Novosel, Alabama.
