North Carolina Roads Maintenance/Construction MATOC

The USDA Forest Service, Southern Region (R8), National Forests in North Carolina (NFsNC) is soliciting a five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for road maintenance, road construction, and minor engineering services. The scope of work covers Forest Service roads throughout National Forests in North Carolina, as well as surrounding Ranger Districts in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and South Carolina. This procurement will result in multi-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for each of four designated Forest Zones. Within these zones, contractors will compete for task orders issued throughout the five-year performance period.
