UPDATE -07 APRIL 2026: The purpose of amendment 0001 is to: 1) Update subcontractor facility clearance and NATO access requirements in Section M2.1.1 and L1.2.2; 2) Update Section J with a revised Attachment 1 (DD254) and to add Attachment 12 (Government answer to RFP Q&A) and 13 (Word Document version of Section I and K.
