Special Notice – Army ICAM Industry Working Day 2026

The Army’s Capability Program Executive for Command and Control Information Network (CPE C2IN) and Product Lead Enterprise-Identity, Credential and Access Management (PdL E-ICAM) will host an Army ICAM Industry Working Day on May 8, 2026. This in-person event, held at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, facilitates information sharing between government and industry partners regarding modernization efforts and emerging solutions for Army Identity, Credential, and Access Management. The session features collaborative working groups focused on strategic challenges, including the use of AI to counter AI-driven threats, meeting post-quantum cryptography milestones, and incorporating decentralized identity for external Army affiliates. Additional focus areas involve managing non-person and non-human identities and enabling multi-protocol federation across information domains and network fabrics.

This special notice is issued by the U.S. Secret Service under NAICS 541219, Other Accounting Services, and PSC DJ01, IT and Telecom - Security and Compliance Support Services (Labor). There is no set-aside designated for this requirement.
