Special Notice – Army ICAM Industry Working Day 2026

The Army’s Capability Program Executive for Command and Control Information Network and Product Lead Enterprise-Identity, Credential and Access Management (PdL E-ICAM) will host an Army ICAM Industry Working Day on May 8, 2026. This in-person event, held at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is designed to facilitate information sharing between the government and industry regarding emerging solutions and modernization efforts for Army ICAM. The event features working sessions focused on strategic challenges, including using AI to counter AI-driven threats, meeting post-quantum cryptography milestones, and incorporating decentralized identity for external affiliates. Additional topics include non-person/non-human identities and enabling multi-protocol federation across information domains and network fabrics.

The U.S. Secret Service is the publishing agency for this Special Notice, which identifies no set-aside for the opportunity. The requirement is classified under NAICS 541219, Other Accounting Services, and PSC DJ01, IT and Telecom - Security and Compliance Support Services (Labor).
