To be rated Acceptable, the Offeror must clearly demonstrate an understanding of the requirement and state that they can perform all tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and HAZMAT Containers Procurement Policy, Attachment #1.

Past Performance:
The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s relevant past performance to determine confidence in the Offeror’s ability to successfully perform the required services. The Offeror shall provide one (1) to two (2) past performance examples completed within the past 24 months that demonstrate relevant experience. Examples should include work related to Hazmat Rental‑related services or similar equipment requiring operational support, maintenance, and compliance oversight.
