The Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), is soliciting qualifications for an Architect and Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract under solicitation number 6982AF20R000005. Contractors must be capable of providing qualified staff for assignments within a 14-state area, primarily in remote locations. These onsite services are typically required for durations of 3 to 24 months and often involve short notice of need. While the primary requirements are construction inspection and contract administration, duties may occasionally include onsite materials laboratory management, clerical support, or regional claim support. The principal firm is responsible for the daily management of its own staff and subcontractors and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements as outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 22.8.
