The purpose of this amendment (M0068120Q00350002) is to answer offerors questions; update the Performance Work Statement (PWS); incorporate FAR Provision 52.204-24 (REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (AUG 2020)) by full text instead of by reference; incorporate FAR 52.225-1 (Buy Amercan--Supplies (MAY 2014)) by reference into this solicitation under the omnibus FAR Clause 52.212-5; andincorporate RFQ Attachment 3 (SWRFT COPARS FY19 Fast Moving Parts into the solicitation. As a result, the quote due date and timehas beenextended to Tuesday, 01 September 2020, no later than (NLT) 1:00PM PDT. The purpose of this amendment (M0068120Q00350001) is toprovide notice to potential offerors that an individual Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) waiver has been granted by the SBA for Solictation # M00681-20-Q-0035.
