Amendment 0005 The purpose of Amendment 0005 to Solicitation W912PB-20-Q-3070 is to make the following changes. 1. Re-Open Solicitation Period OPEN: 23 June 2020 at 1315 hrs CET CLOSE: 24 June 2020 at 1315 hrs CET 2. Update Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items FROM: Subfactor 2: The CM, SF and their alternate(s) shall provide proof of 5 years Experience in the field of Maintenance, Safety Inspection and Repair of Elevator Systems and shall be able to communicate in English at Level II. TO: Subfactor 2: The CM, SF and their alternate(s) shall provide proof of 5 years Experience in the field of Maintenance, Safety Inspection and Repair of Elevator Systems and shall be able to communicate in English. 3. Update Addendum to Provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors FROM: That the Contract Manger (CM), Site Forman (SF) and their alternates are able to communicate in English Level II. TO: That the Contract Manger (CM), Site Forman (SF) and their alternates are able to communicate in English. FROM: The Contractor shall provide the name and a copy of the Electrician Qualification Certificate for each listed below. TO: The Contractor shall provide the name and verification of Electrician Qualifications for personnel listed below. 4. Update Performance Work Statement Paragraph 1.10.2 and 1.10.3.4 have been updated to conform to verbiage updates in Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum to Provision 52.212-1. 5. All other terms & conditions remains unchanged. Amendment 0004 The purpose of Amendment 0004 to W912PB-20-Q-3070 is to extend the solicitation close date by 24 hours and amend verbiage in Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum to Provision 52.121-1 "Instruction to Offerors". 1. The Solicitation close date has been extended by 24 hours. From 17 June 2020 at 1700 local To 18 June 2020 at 1700 local. 2. Verbiage in Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum to Provision 52.121-1 "Instruction to Offerors" Factor 1: Technical Acceptability, Subfactor 4 is amended. From: The Contractor shall be certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and DIN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). To: The Contractor or Subcontractor performing the work shall be certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and DIN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the required response date/time from 12 June 2020 05:00 PM to17June 2020 05:00 PM CET 2. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the required response date/time from 29 May 2020 10:00 AM to12 June 2020 05:00 PM CET 2. Amend Period of Performance of CLIN 0001 thru CLIN 0020 from 15 June 2020 - 31 May 2021 to 01 July 2020 - 31 May 2021. 3. Solicitation: 409th Contracting Commandissues a solicitation for the procurement of Maintenance, Repair and Inspection of Elevator Systems, within the USAG Bavaria area (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck,Hohenfels and Garmisch). This requirementis solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a hybrid contract that includes firm fixed price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) and Labor Hours (LH) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from https://beta.SAM.gov and to frequently monitor https://beta.SAM.gov for any amendments.
