Update Performance Work Statement Paragraph 1.10.2 and 1.10.3.4 have been updated to conform to verbiage updates in Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum to Provision 52.212-1. 5. Amendment 0004 The purpose of Amendment 0004 to W912PB-20-Q-3070 is to extend the solicitation close date by 24 hours and amend verbiage in Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum to Provision 52.121-1 "Instruction to Offerors". 1. Solicitation: 409th Contracting Commandissues a solicitation for the procurement of Maintenance, Repair and Inspection of Elevator Systems, within the USAG Bavaria area (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck,Hohenfels and Garmisch). This requirementis solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a hybrid contract that includes firm fixed price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) and Labor Hours (LH) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.
