Aircraft Wash and Fleet Services Questions and Answers #3

AMENDMENT # 3 has been posted.  The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted from contractors, revise the Performance Work Statement, and revise ADDENDA TO FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (2021-11) para 4.1, Page Limitations. The date in block 8 of the SF 1449 has also been changed from 12 December 2022 to 19 December 2022.

The Contractor shall provide Aircraft Wash, Fleet Services, Lavatory Services, and Aircraft Generation Equipment (AGE) wash services, for aircraft assigned to the 433d Airlift Wing (AW) and all other aircraft (transient or otherwise) not assigned, visiting, or supporting the mission of the 433 AW that require spot wash, lavatory, and fleet services. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the aforementioned services. Aircraft assigned to the 433 AW are the C-5M Galaxy with modified and non-modified lavatory systems.
