The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised combined synopsis/solicitation, revised Performance Work Statement, and Price Schedule documents. The response due date and time IS EXTENDED until 25 July 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PST. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Revised Price Schedule have been revised and are attached separately to this amendment. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to add the requirement of The Statement of Work has been revised to revise the Minimum number of beds required. NAICS Code: 623220- Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities PSC: G004- Social- Social Rehabilitation Length of Contract: Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options Minimum Beds Required: 18 This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the contract period will be for five (5) years. Based on the results of market research under Sources Sought Notice 36C26224Q1119, posted on 05/03/2024 at sam.gov, an electronic solicitation is now being issued at https://sam.gov/. The VA is soliciting this requirement as full and open competition. Please see the Request For Proposal Performance Work Statement for requirement information in Section B. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The following are the decision factors: Price, past performance, experience. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms, conditions. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
