The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised combined synopsis/solicitation, revised Performance Work Statement, and Price Schedule documents. The response due date and time IS EXTENDED until 25 July 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PST. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Revised Price Schedule have been revised and are attached separately to this amendment. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to add the requirement of The Statement of Work has been revised to revise the Minimum number of beds required. Note: Offerors shall sign and return which will serve as acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments will result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. The VA is soliciting this requirement as full and open competition. Please see the Request For Proposal Performance Work Statement for requirement information in Section B. Submit all proposed pricing in Section B (PRICE SCHEDULE). Ensure that the proposals adhere to all (EVALUATION FACTORS) in Section E of the proposal submission. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The following are the decision factors: Price, past performance, experience. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms, conditions. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" Quoters shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s), if any.
