To facilitate early potential offeror involvement, the Navy recommends that interested vendors complete a DD Form 2345 which must be signed by both a US and Canadian representative for submission upon solicitation release. A fully executed version will be required to receive any FOUO data related to this upcoming solicitation. An existing DD Form 2345 that is not expired will also be accepted. Vendors must ensure that the data custodian of record is still valid along with an up-to-date email address, as that is the ONLY individual approved to receive any FOUO data.
Please send the DD Form 2345 copy to Mr. Tyler Pacak at [email protected]. Upon verification that the requestor is a bona fide U.S. Department of Defense contractor familiar with the procedures to handle technical data packages that may include limited distribution information, the FOUO data associated with the solicitation may be distributed via DoD Safe or secure email once the solicitation has been posted to beta.sam.gov.
Please attach the following information in your email request, along with the DD Form 2345: CAGE Code, Contracts/Business Vendor POC (if other than the data custodian), which include a current email address and phone number. All correspondence must be in writing to the Navy POC listed (Mr. Tyler Pacak).
