View moreThe contractor shall provide all necessary resources to provide appetizing, nutritional, well-balanced hot/cold meals, shift provisions, hot/cold can meals and supplemental items for incident personnel with all meals freshly prepared at the incident. The MFSU includes all equipment, supervision, labor, materials, and supplies to accommodate the Government’s need and must be capable of operating in adversely impacted urban areas to remote primitive locations with very limited access MFSU services in accordance with the specifications.
The services of this Request for Proposal (RFP) are being acquired under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and conducted in two phases.
