The United States Forest Service (USDA-FS), Incident Procurement Logistics, is soliciting proposals for National Mobile Food Service Unit (MFSU) support to assist with fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and severity assignments. Under solicitation number 1202SC24R2100, contractors must provide all resources necessary to deliver nutritional hot and cold meals, shift provisions, and supplemental items prepared on-site for incident personnel. These services are classified under NAICS 722310 for Food Service Contractors and PSC F003 for Natural Resources/Conservation- Forest-Range Fire Suppression/Presuppression. This requirement is designated as a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside.

The acquisition is being conducted in two phases under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. Phase 1 involves awarding multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) "Parent" contracts to technically acceptable offerors with reasonable pricing. Phase 2 will utilize a separate notice of fair opportunity and a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process for specific task orders. Mobile units must be self-sufficient and capable of operating in diverse environments ranging from adversely impacted urban areas to remote primitive locations across the western United States.

The performance period begins upon award and extends through December 31, 2025, with four optional one-year renewal periods for a maximum potential duration of five and a half years. Responses are due by April 25, 2025, at 15:30 EDT.
