The United States Forest Service (USDA-FS) Incident Procurement Logistics office is seeking proposals for the National Mobile Food Service Unit (MFSU) program to support fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and severity assignments throughout the western United States. The acquisition follows a two-phase process: Phase 1 involves awarding "Parent" IDIQs to technically acceptable and reasonably priced offerors, while Phase 2 utilizes a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process for specific task orders issued only to Parent IDIQ holders. The initial performance period begins at the date of award and runs through December 31, 2025. The government maintains the option to renew these contracts for four additional one-year periods, potentially extending the total duration to five years, with an additional six-month extension option.
