The agency intends to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to facilitate the fuel supply required for five Kohler diesel generators and a 2.25 MW Caterpillar diesel generator located in Vicksburg, Mississippi. All fuel must be delivered via pumper truck, as deliveries via large tankers will not be accepted.
