Fuel-Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA's)

The U.S. Army Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Lab is seeking commercial sources to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of 125,000 gallons of #2 off-road, low-sulfur, dyed diesel fuel. This fuel will support five Kohler diesel generators and one 2.25 MW Caterpillar diesel generator at the ERDC Vicksburg facility in Mississippi. This requirement is categorized under NAICS code 324199 for All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing and PSC 9140 for FUEL OILS. The solicitation, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Civil Program Financing Only under solicitation number W912HZ21R0013, is designated as an SBA; SBA set-aside.

Deliveries are required on an FOB Destination basis to Vicksburg, MS, and must be performed using a pumper truck, as larger tanker deliveries will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation includes two attachments: a Description of Requirement and the primary solicitation document.
