HVAC Chemical Water Treatment

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 56 CONS CC, has issued solicitation FA488726Q0024 for a full-service HVAC chemical water treatment program at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. This requirement encompasses the treatment of hydronic heating and cooling systems, including open and closed loop cooling/condenser water systems, chilled water systems, and hot water systems. The contractor must provide all management, labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair identified equipment and perform ancillary equipment cleaning in accordance with ASHRAE Standards.
